I hope that everyone has had a very Merry Christmas!!
We did at our house. We spent Christmas Eve visiting my father in law and having dinner and looking at lights with our friends. After our friends went home it was just Tony and I. This was the first Christmas Eve that we have been by ourselves. It was so quiet, nice but also melancholy. We have never woken up alone on Christmas morning. We got up and went to Kayla and Nick's to watch the girls open their gifts from Santa. They were so cute. The kids are what make Christmas so much fun. Kaya cut her 2 front top teeth for Christmas. She has 8 teeth now, and she is standing by herself. It won't be too long before she is walking. Time just goes too fast!!!! Danika wanted a shopping cart with food from Santa and that is what she got. She was so excited with it. Both of the girls got so much for Christmas.
Renae and Del came in from Gillette on Christmas morning. It was so nice to have them home for Christmas this year. Their visit was cut short as they had to leave early in the morning the day after Christmas. We got up to about 6 inches of new snow and it was still snowing hard and the wind was blowing. It usually takes them between 3 and 4 hours to travel between Billings and Gillette, but going home it took them 7 hours. I am so glad that they got home safely.
We all got together for brunch at my parents and then later we had dinner at our house. It was a great feast. We had a great time together and enjoyed each others company. It was a great Christmas.
I have spent some time this weekend creating. I did 3 layouts. I am excited to be feeling like creating again. It seems that I had such a dry spell for such a long time. It feels really good to sit and work with, paper, tape runners and photos. Here are my creations.

I'm so happy you had such a wonderful Christmas, Chris!! I cannot believe how big the girls are getting!! What absolute beauties they are!!
I know how difficult it is to wake up on Christmas morning with no kids in the house. :( This is our 5th year & it really doesn't get too much easier with time, but I know it will.
LOVE your layouts & it's so good to see them!! I miss you & Lesli & not having a forum to hang out in with the two of you!! Love & great big HUGS!!!!
